It was very sad to see this Wendys being ran into the lots of hell. . I thought we were waiting for our frosty after they ask us to move up. But after they finally came back out with other people’s order they did not bring the frosty. I asked if they are bringing it she said no and walked back in and other crappy attitude lady came to the door to say no we are not getting one. I offer to pay again for one. They said no as I was almost begging for them to give my son his frosty.. Also they would not give my som his toy that came with his kids meal. The people that have worked there for years are great people. They need to get rid of night shift manager her side kick and young new smart mouth being trained by the other two unprofessional women.
