  The store itself is fine. Pickup needs help. I had a horrible experience today, and I dont have time to sit and wait for someone to answer the phone for 30+ minutes. First off, I DO NOT leave reviews for poor service unless it is COMPLETELY necessary. People have bad days. Whatever. Today, its necessary. When I show up, 3 employees are standing outside. They were there when I pulled up and for at least 10 minutes while I sat there checked in. Turns out one was the worker running orders. Ok, sure. I get people take breaks. That wasnt an issue. When I get home, I realize she forgot my paper towels. Ok, still no big deal. I tell them I understand and come back up to get them. I go inside so they dont have to run an extra order they hadnt planned on. When I get here and walk in, I am told to "hang on because theyre busy." Ok. So I wait. I wait for another 10 minutes. Again, fine! The waiting is NOT the issue here. I have workers walking all around me and when one finally does stop she says "are you here for a pickup order?" And I replied "well, yes but...," she cuts me off and says "ok well you're going to have to wait because I have other..." and at this point, I am done with the rudeness. I cut HER off and told her I had already been here once, my items were forgotten and I was trying to help out by coming in to get MY item with MY name on it that should have already been given to me. She gets rude AGAIN and said "you have to hold on." Mind you, I did NOT initiate conversation with this woman to begin with. I was patiently waiting, minding my own business. She comes out and says "here this is yours" and hands me my paper towels. All of this over some PAPER TOWELS that THEY forgot to begin with. I was as nice and polite and understanding as I could have been. They were not.

  Pleasantly surprised to find this location is far superior to the west side location. My only complaint is lack of carts. Everyone was scrounging around to find one. There is no excuse for that. Especially when it was slow time of day. Other than that, kudos to the manager.

  I was going to buy some meat at the meat counter. I called out to see if anyone was there. My husband and I waited about 10 minutes. No one ever came to help us. So I didn't buy any meat from them. They lost a big sale right there. We got ready to check out. There was one person checking groceries. There was a line at the check out. I asked a lady who worked there, if they had anymore people checking. She shook head no. And hurried out of my sight. Needless to say. I will not buy groceries there anymore! I must say though that the man checking me out was very pleasant and so was the person sacking the groceries. They seemed to be the only people working in the store!

  My husband for Valentine’s Day got one of the most expensive floral arrangements of roses and Lily’s that you can get here. When they got here (two days earlier than Valentine’s Day) they were beautiful but none of the lilys had bloomed at all. No big deal I figured they would bloom a couple days later and be all over beautiful for Valentine’s Day. I was pregnant and my water had broken on Valentine’s Day.. I gave birth on Sunday to a beautiful baby girl & was so excited to come home to everything bloomed as it was still full of water. We had a short stay in the NICU and brought our daughter home yesterday. When I walked in and looked at the buds actively dying with no bloom as well as the red roses already dead and wilted, I’m very upset. I’m the type of person to dry and keep bouquets my husband buys for me every Valentine’s Day and I cannot keep any of these. I hope someone decides to correct it to where I could actually have a keepsake of a very important bouquet.
