  Lack of consistency will destroy any business, especially chain restaurants. A month ago I would have given them 4 stars but apparently they've hired new people who couldn't care less if your food is fresh, over cooked or even warm. The last 3 times we ordered it was terrible and the workers were rude. Done with them.

  I can never order from here bc they never answer the phone when I call to place an order I can call and it ring for what feels like 5 minutes b4 I just give up if you’re gonna work for a fast food restaurant you need to learn to answer your phone🤬🤬

  I ordered the spinach and feta bread thing and a Pacific Veggie specialty pizza @10:20. I left work, picked it up, picked my baby up, and got all the way home to open it @11:30ish and the pizza had bacon on it (I don’t eat pork at all). I called the store multiple times and it would ring and then you’d hear the disconnected tone after a while. The guy also had a crappy attitude when I went to pick it up so I didn’t want to go all the way back without someone else there for the same person to make another pizza (you never know what some people will do and he already seemed frustrated). Going to have to go in the morning to try to speak with a manager.

  I order from this store consistently with a 20-30% tip. It’s usually the same order. When I select extra toppings and pay for those as well, I’d like for them to apply them to my pizzas. They haven’t the last two orders. I’m planning on ordering again tonight, and decided to try to call the store to ensure they get it right. They will NOT answer the phone. I’ve called over ten times, and yes it is when they are open. I have tried to call this store multiple times, but they have only answered a few times when I called over the last year. When you pay $100 for food and delivery and tip, you’d hope they would get it right, or have a way to contact them regarding mistakes. I’m not asking for refunds, I only want the next ones made correctly!!!!
