  I don't normally complain but this was horrible. Ordered a Reese's Sonic Blast on 14 Oct going through the Drive thru. When I got back the hotel and opened the cup there were NO Reese's in the cup. When I got to the bottom there might have been 5-10 pieces. Here is the rub...I saw them through the window struggling to get the pieces out of the bottom of the container they are stored in. One of the employees even looked through the door and saw me watching. Once I pulled to the window I assumed they had refilled the container and completed the order...nope. They just added ice cream and put a lid on it and sold it to me. I called and spoke to the assistant manager and he stated he remembered me coming through the drive through. I told he they did this because they could. They got my $6, but that will not buy them the integrity and honesty they will need to be successful in life. I hope this actually gets to someone who can make a difference at that location. Pathetic.

  In Stuttgart's drive through I am in line for 15-20 minutes with only a few cars in front of me and in the stalls. I went through take out on a Sat. for breakfast &was in line for 30 min. Three people were working, the drive thru guy taking orders for t/o &the stalls. If an order is lg or needs to cook, park them in the parking area close to the window after they pay & take it out to them when it's ready

  The waiter was so very rude and I asked for lemonade and my first drink I literally threw up cos it was so bad. I don't know what it was I do know it was not lemonade. 😡🤬

  I guess i dont like sonic food service is poor i had to wait ten min for napkins call in and they responded but took no actions to complete my request how sad
