  Almost every single time I come to the taco something is always wrong with my order. If you’re going to make customers pay high dollar for sour cream at least make sure YOUR employees put it in the bag!!!! Instead of all the employees always being on the phone

  Can the employees working tonight (3/18 745pm on Thompson in Springdale) please teach a class on how to not only cook food, do it perfectly & do it quickly!? HOLY MOLY that was hands down the most perfect Mexican pizza I have ever had my entire life! I need them to come to train the ones in Bentonville or Pea Ridge because they just set a standard for me!!! I would eat TB more often it always tasted like that! Thx S'dale Thompson crew! AMAZING!

  I love tacobell, but it really interrupts the atmosphere when all I hear is the workers bickering with eachother. You'd think at such a large franchise they'd put managers into said establishments to keep such infighting from occuring and make it overall a better experience, but what would I know; I'm just a paying customer and all. Seriously tacobell do something about your management at this location!!!

  Manager Maria is the final boss of this establishment. She has maxed-out Passive Aggressive stats and my brother got hit with her ultimate move: “You’re Fired (Critical Hit).” My sister tried to grind XP but Maria kept activating “Workplace Drama Aura” and whispering debuffs like “lazy” while secretly farming manager points. Anyways The food was acceptable at best but the service is non existant, probably becuase management makes it miserable to work there. I won't be going back but atleast I got 1.5% cashback on my order because of Capital One Quicksilver Reward Debit Card!

  I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. The manager, Maria, came across as having a negative attitude toward customers. When I asked a simple question about my order, she responded in a dismissive tone and didn’t seem interested in helping. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is a big part of why people return to a restaurant, and unfortunately this experience didn’t meet expectations. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works on creating a more respectful and friendly atmosphere for customers. The rest of the staff actually seemed welcoming and polite, which made the situation even more frustrating. They greeted customers and did their jobs with a good attitude, but Maria was the only one who came off cold and irritated. As a manager, you’re supposed to set the tone for your team and take responsibility for creating a positive environment. If anything, she should be leading by example — not being the one who makes customers feel uncomfortable
