  Mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. Wanted to try the new Big Arch. Ordered ahead with app. As usual, slow and backed up at drive through. Asked with several others to pull into curbside. 15 minutes later someone very slowly makes their way out with not one, or two, but THREE orders piled on one tray. Not surprisingly, everything was cold as ice….perhaps if they didn’t wait to pile on other orders and actually bring the orders out when ready it would have been at LEAST warm. If a not like it’s a long walk to curbside. Do better.
