  They claim to be open 24/7. But if you show up anywhere from 4-5am they will have some excuse and not serve food. This is a daily thing, consider yourself very lucky if you get served breakfast before 5. I don’t understand how it could be so common, just close back up.

  I ordered here through the app & unfortunately it was during peak hours when I got my food. When my order was given, the drinks were right, but not the food. I went inside to have it corrected, & already lady with red hair & gray sweater gave a nasty face like I did something wrong. MA’AM! You & your staff messed up! I didn’t make a huge commotion, I just wanted what I ordered. You think I paid $15 bucks for a basket of fries! PLEASE. Use common sense & empathy before judging I’m in the wrong. I really wanted to cuss that lady out! However, the person she asked to take care of me & another worker were amazing. Literally fixed my order in 2 minutes. I appreciate them both making a big deal, just apologized and corrected & I went on about my day. Once I get her name, I’ll be calling to report her! Don’t work in customer service. Your face & nasty demeanor is too much! You work in a hospitality business! Listen & fix the issue.

  Been waiting at the drive-through for my order online been here for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. This is the one on Sunset in Springdale, Arkansas.

  When we arrived at this McDonald's and it wasn't even very busy there might have been one person in line before me two people maybe and granted they didn't order 75 dollars worth of food but it does not take 15 minutes to even get to me in line considering I was sitting at the other kiosk both McChickens were the wrong kind they were supposed to be hot and spicy the burgers at onions on they were not supposed to the chicken sandwiches were supposed to only have Mayo on them they had the lettuce on them the fries were very soggy and old feeling and I mean the large fry container wasn't even all the way full
