  Went through the drive through with a mobile order code. Lady taking orders confirmed my order and said my name. When I got to the drive through window to get my food, a guy said they didn’t have it and they can’t do anything about it and sent me on my way with no food and didn’t even ask if I wanted food made. Ridiculous service

  Like long waits?? Well you’re in luck this is the slowest McDonalds of all time! Don’t want all the food you ordered?? Even better this place is perfect for you ohh even better if you don’t want to get your money back well don’t use the McDonalds app because there’s no possibility of a refund oh boy what a greatly well run company.

  I ordered 50 dollars worth of food and had it delivered and the only thing edible out of that order was one big mac and TWO 10 piece chicken nuggets. The fries were under cooked. Both drinks had no syrup in them and we didn't receive the other parts of our order. My wife called them and spoke to the lead shift and the assistant manager. Both of which tried to blame doordash. Since when does doordash go behind the counter and cook the food, refill the soda machines and prepare the food in the bag? They were not helpful at all. My wife is on bed rest for her surgery she will be having tomorrow, my aunt is bedridden so I can't just jump in the car and go get food at the moment. The fastest and easiest option for dinner tonight was a delivery from McDonald's and we weren't even able to eat most of our food and we received no help from the stores management team whatsoever.

  I was very impressed by this location. Service was fast, restaurant was clean and the food was put together nicely!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience tonight at the McDonald’s on E Robinson Ave in Springdale 03/09 around 9:45 PM. The manager working the drive-thru window was too busy texting on his phone to do his job. No greeting, no thank you, no acknowledgement — nothing. Basic customer service clearly wasn’t a priority. After leaving, I realized my sundae was missing from the order. I went back inside to let them know, expecting a simple correction. Instead, the same manager turned a minor mistake into a completely unnecessary confrontation. He picked up the sundae, put it behind his back, and then walked toward me in an aggressive and intimidating way like he was trying to start something. When I stopped him from getting closer, he loudly said I wasn’t getting the sundae because I had touched him and began threatening to call the police in front of customers and staff. He even placed the sundae back near the fry station instead of simply fixing the mistake. Eventually another manager gave me the sundae, but only after the situation had already been dragged out and turned into a public scene. This entire incident was embarrassing, hostile, and completely unprofessional. A simple missing item should never turn into a confrontation with someone who is supposed to be a manager. If this is the type of behavior your management team thinks is acceptable, there are serious problems with how this store is being run. What was most concerning is that someone with this level of poor judgment and lack of professionalism is in a management role. Management positions require maturity, leadership, and the ability to calmly resolve simple customer service issues. None of that was demonstrated during this interaction.
