Serious Safety Issue – Be Careful!
I ordered a meal from Wendy’s in Springdale, AR, and while drinking my beverage, I found a piece of clear plastic bag mixed in with the ice. I nearly choked on it before realizing what it was. This was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this kind of mistake is a major health hazard. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food and drink preparation process so no one else has to go through this.
