  Watching Lisa make a sub is like watching Leonardo da Vinci approach a blank canvas. She doesn’t just add lettuce — she places it. Each shred is thoughtfully positioned like it might one day be studied in a museum. The tomato slices? Symmetrical. The sauce drizzle? A calculated zigzag that would make geometry professors weep. At one point, I swear she leaned back slightly to examine her work, as if debating whether the pickles conveyed enough emotional depth. Then there’s Eva. Eva doesn’t make subs. Eva channels the chaotic brilliance of Vincent van Gogh. Her movements are bold. Passionate. Slightly concerning. The onions fly with expressive intensity. The mayo isn’t applied — it’s felt. Each squeeze of the bottle is a declaration: “This sandwich will not be bland!” Where Lisa creates Renaissance harmony, Eva creates edible post-impressionism. Together, they turned a humble footlong into something between fine dining and performance art. I didn’t just eat lunch — I consumed culture. 10/10.   This is my favorite Subway to visit in NWA. Lisa and Eva always make visiting a fun and pleasant experience.

  It is always a pleasure to visit this location for a good sandwich. Not only is it always fast and convenient but each order is made with care and consideration. Furthermore, it is such a joy to see Lisa and her team, we always exchange witty banter and each get a dose of great human interaction before carrying on with the rest of our workday.
