If it was a one time thing, okay, but it is every single visit to this sonic and I don’t go very often anymore because of this. The last time I actually pressed the button to correct the issue was a year ago because at that time the manager (or whoever they were) gave attitude about how the sauces weren’t free even though I very clearly paid for them on the receipt. Didn’t try again after that and this was my second visit back since then and both visits the sauces have been missing! 08-08 update Edit: I went again today to give one last chance. I was deciding against ordering anything that would come with a sauce because I didn’t want to deal with it today, but I ended up ordering a pretzel anyways. No cheese sauce came with it lol.
