You might as well lock the lobby doors and tell everybody to go through the drive thru, there's absolutely no customer service at this McDonald's on Robinsons in Springdale Arkansas. We will never come back here. The tables are dirty , take my advice go somewhere else!! Oh by the way I ordered unsweetened tea I guess no one reads the order either . The manager here wouldn't take the time to talk to me , I guess the owners of this McDonald's doesn't care about the inside customers either.

Every time I come here, it takes a while to get the food, we order on the little machines and have to pay with cash at the register, but we have to wait like 10 minutes to even pay because workers ignore anyone standing at the counter till they’re done doing whatever they’re doing. It’s like customers don’t even matter. Bathroom also messy and not cleaned/tidied frequently.
