I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:37 PM, and despite being the second car in line, I wasn’t attended to until 11:50 PM. During that time, the staff didn’t take orders from the cars in front of me either. When my order was finally taken, the cashier quickly grabbed my card, returned it, and then closed the window without giving me a receipt. Despite my attempts to get their attention and request it, I was ignored. The staff then walked away and chatted with a coworker. Eventually, when I reached the next window, the attendant was friendly, but my initial experience was disappointing. I also tried calling the location afterward, but no one answered. Overall, the service was very frustrating and rude.

Nobody seems to care about the drive thru line because I’ve sat there for 30 mins straight waiting for my order to be taken and they don’t say anything. No “one second please” or “we’re a little behind” no none of that. This happens every time I go there. When I call to complain nobody answers the phone and I waited for 10 mins on the phone before they finally told me on the intercom they could take my order. Finally, my fries weren’t even fresh. Waiting for that long I could at least be waiting for fresh food but no. Worst McDonald’s by far.
