Burnt bun hard as a rock, ask for no onions, and it had so seasons on it that had onion in it, and I’m allergic to onions, just to som it up very bad experience never going there again

Why can McDonald's employees ever ring up or even know the $5 meal deal. I mean it runs constantly on commercials & radio. Corporate needs to find the disconnect, losing customers. No one wants this frustration

I keep coming back because it's close, but it's not great. I ordered online just after 5 am. They were unprepared, as if they started late. It took a couple of minutes to answer the drive through. Then food wasn't ready. I've been waiting 15 minutes and still don't have food. There are at least 4 others that are also waiting.

My son and I ordered two hot chocolates through the Drive-Thru and waited 10+ minutes with only 2 other cars in the drive-thru. My son’s hot chocolate was literally black coffee, and both were luke warm at best. I called within 5 minutes of exiting the drive-thru and they were rude and insisted we were making the mistake and that we’d have to bring it back to “prove” it was coffee. Which we did. The manager tried to only refund for a small coffee instead of the entire botched order, was rude, and stuck up for the employee who said we lied over the phone. She was also behind the counter talking to another employee saying “we slammed the cups down on the counter” as we were waiting for our refund. Customer service has taken a dive at most places but this was a “what not to do guide” at its finest. Though this is the closest McDonalds to us, anytime we want McDonald’s I’d rather drive an hour out of the way before frequenting this sad excuse of a restaurant again. Negative 100 stars. This happened Monday 12-15-25 around 10am.
