I usually stop for a sausage biscuit, sometimes with hash browns. I like to make my order simple. I’m not sold on their accuracy in filling orders, today was no exception. I’ve been hungry for the big breakfast - cakes, hash browns, sausage biscuit eggs. NOPE - I got charged for it; and they delivered me eggs and a sausage biscuit. PULL YOUR HEAD OUT PEOPLE! I’m not happy - You OWE ME A BIG BREAKFAST!

Really only come here if you’re willing to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru line. No sense of urgency with the staff. Unfortunately couldn’t leave due to cars behind and in front.

Went into store to make purchase. Unable to get any help at counter. Tried to order at kiosk. Put in code for app reward. (Buy one breakfast sandwich, get a 2nd for 1 dollar) (Sausage egg cheese biscuit and hot honey sausage and egg biscuit). Kiosk would not let me select the latter item. So I waited at the counter until the manager came up there. I gave her my code and the reward had disappeared. When I tried to reuse it, I got a wait 15 minutes message, even though the order on the kiosk was cancelled out. Then I told the manager what happened and she appeared to have more important things to do than to take care of the customers. Then she said that neither of those sandwiches are available for that reward. I showed her the exclusion list on the app and she still refused to honor it. I promptly left, as it was apparent that she had no interest in helping her customers.

Got a moldy nugget box from them. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe this wasn’t caught before it was stuck in bag. Likely was touching other boxes too. Staff didn’t seem too concerned with it, which is crazy considering they just served mold.

Absolutely awful, waited 30 minutes for my food, asked why is taking so long and the children running the store rolled their eyes, told me to be patient and walked away. When I finally got my food 15inutes after that they told me to get out of the store. Never eating at this McDonald's again
