Lettuce wrap. Virtually all lettuce. Not even a sandwich worthy amount of meat. Only one slice of meat. On both of them. Thankfully the lettuce wasn’t wet. Half of the size of wrap went into the trash because it was just lettuce. Won’t go back.

I've been getting pick up orders at this location for a few months and my sandwich has been good every time. My order is always ready by the time I drive to the shop. It's been clean inside each time and some of the employees Ive chatted with are cool.

Absolutely lazy workers. We frequently take our soccer teams to Jimmy John’s all over the US and have no problem. Like any other place, the girls go through the line getting their sandwiches and the order is rang up tax exempt at the end to pay in full. Took our team to this one in Springdale AR and the workers claim they can’t do that, that each would have to pay individually, all 33 people. Of course that’s insane, so we left. They just lost out on around $500.

Ordered carry out when we were in the NICU. Had a family member pick it up since we couldn’t leave. She checked with staff and asked “is this all of it?” when picking up the food. We’d ordered a meal (which is already overpriced), but they only provided the sandwiches. So, we paid $5 for a drink and chips we never got.
