  Was in town for a few days, ordered dominos late @ night and was sick for the following 2 days. Wound up in ER vomiting blood. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

  I stopped in to order some pizza and wings to celebrate the arrival of our first Grandson! Corry and Kimberly were extremely kind and helpful to me. They both expressed their congratulations to me and wished the best for our new Grandson and family. I will forever remember their kindness and will be coming back!! If I had the option to give a 10 star I certainly would!😊❤️❤️

  Employee at this location backed into my car in the parking lot today and said employee & the store manager proceeded to yell and cuss me out Dear Domino’s Corporate Office and Store Management, This correspondence serves as a formal legal notice regarding a vehicular incident that occurred on 10/12/25 in the parking lot of your Domino’s location at 2181 w sunset Avenue. One of your delivery drivers, operating a black Chevrolet Cruze with a Domino’s delivery sign attached to the roof, backed into my Mercedes-Benz, causing visible damage to the passenger-side door. The vehicle was driven by a female Domino’s employee who, immediately after the collision, removed the Domino’s sign from her vehicle and ran inside the store without providing identification, insurance details, or contact information. Law enforcement was contacted immediately following the incident. While I was informed that a formal police report could not be issued because the incident occurred on private property, the responding officers created an official incident record and issued an incident number. The department has confirmed that a formal report will be available within 5–7 business days, which I will provide to your insurance carrier upon receipt. Shortly after, both the store manager and the employee involved exited the building and confronted me outside, proceeding to yell and use profane language in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. This conduct was entirely unnecessary and inappropriate, especially in light of a clear vehicular incident involving one of your employees. Their behavior was witnessed by others and has been documented along with photographic evidence of the collision. I have multiple photos of the damage, the black Chevrolet Cruze, and the scene of the incident. My vehicle had only recently been repaired, and the new damage aligns directly with the impact that occurred. In light of the above, I am formally requesting that Domino’s (or the appropriate franchise insurance provider) immediately initiate a property damage claim to cover the full cost of repairs. Please provide the following within five (5) business days of this notice: 1. The name, policy number, and contact information of your insurance carrier or third-party claims administrator; 2. Written confirmation of the driver’s employment or delivery status with this store; 3. A written statement outlining the actions Domino’s intends to take to resolve this matter and address the unprofessional behavior of its employees. Failure to respond or act in good faith within the stated timeframe will leave me with no alternative but to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a claim in small claims court for the full repair cost, associated expenses, and any additional damages permitted by law. I expect your prompt and professional cooperation in resolving this matter.
