- GMGreater MovementsNov 7, 20255.0It was disgusting. Hopefully it was just this location. Trash overflowing, three people on line, one other person standing there supervising. Could have wiped down tables, swept dining floor, restroom check just something versus just standing around laughing with the other three people working on the line. Just a terrible experience. I know labor was very high everybody would’ve got sent home 😆😆😆

It was all young people behind the counter yet each of them greeted us and actually spoke.. words.. instead of just staring waiting for us to offer them our order while they look miserable like we deal with at other Chipotle's and Cava. The food was actually hot, for the first time we realized that Chipotle never has hot meat, yet this one did. Everything was delicious, customer service was great, the establishment was clean in all sections including the bathroom. You can tell that management has set expectations and the staff has the will to meet them. Management, please don't settle over time like other locations do, this will be our go-to stop when we're in NWA.

I ask for a little cheese and the lady dumps a truckload on the burrito. I don’t understand the hype on Chipotle. I would give less stars if that were an option.
