  Yesterday I had a really disappointing dine-in experience, and unfortunately it’s the second time it has happened — reminding me why I usually choose other places. We arrived and it seemed they were short-staffed, but it wasn’t busy at all. We got seated quickly and were greeted right away, so that part was fine. After receiving our drinks, it took 30 minutes just to have our food order taken. We actually had to wave someone over because no one came back. Then it took over 45 minutes to get our food — and it was only two orders of 6 wings. On top of that, we asked for a drink refill and it was forgotten. What really stunned me was watching another table arrive after us and receive their food before us. I’m sharing this not to damage the restaurant’s reputation, but so the team is aware. I only get a 1-hour lunch break, and sometimes you just want wings. But waiting this long in a nearly empty restaurant makes it not worth it. I hope management can address these issues so guests can have a better experience moving forward.

  After being sat, my family waited for 15-20 minutes while waitresses passed us by. A bigger table got sat after we did and received drinks and order taken. No waitress came by to ask for our drinks, nobody even acknowledged we were there. We got up and left after sitting so long. Lost our business and we will not be back.

  Order took 30+ minutes to come out and it didn’t taste fresh/hot at all. People got their food before us. I was ready to try and eat 30 boneless but found hair in my food and wasted half my order, my time and my money.
