  Absolutely horrible service. Waited for over an hour for our food with a group of 15. Do not recommend this location if you are in Springdale Arkansas. There are better places to try in area.

  Horrible, given it multiple trys and its just bad, takes 30 minutes for order to be taken and the food to arrive even longer not even busy and cant get a simple "I'll be right with yall" every server just walks past and when confronted about the time they says it will be right out.

  Takes a very long time for your food to come out. But I received really good service

  Could have butchered my own chicken and made the wings myself in the time it took to be served. It shouldn't take 45 minutes for an order of boneless wings.

  Very mid. When we got there the TV show "60 minutes" had just started on one of the TVs. It was over by the time we got our food. They weren't really that busy, I really don't understand why it took so long. My burger was cold. We didn't get very good service. We waited for an hour to get our food and the waitress only came to our table twice. Probably won't go back.
