  Absolutely the worst food and customer service. Food was thrown in the bag and spilled. They didn’t give me my complete order 💀. Once I realized I was told I could drive back and that they were not going to fix their errors. And in the mid of the conversation about how the management was not going to fix the order complained about how they only made minimum wage. As if it were my fault they chose a career at Arby’s. . All I can say is; what a disappointment.

  I went to Arby’s specifically for the Fish sandwich. THEY QUIT THEM! The potato wedges are back and that’s good, although they needed to be left in the fryer a minute longer. Barely done. I asked for bacon on my beef and cheese - trying to replicate the BBC from RAX Roast Beef. (Not even close) Bacon was rubbery - again, not cooked to crispness. My food was hot and cooked fresh, so I’ll give them that. Polite, yes. Just disappointed.
