- DEDanna EricksonMar 29, 20264.0I usually have no issues at this particular 7 Brew and I've only had good experiences. But today I ordered 4 drinks for me and some coworkers. They messed 2/4 up though. The messed up ones were 2 Carmel Macchiato both large. 1 no whip, extra caramel drizzle, extra sweet. The other was whip, regular carmel drizzle, and 1/2-3/4's sweet. I just can't handle it when it's completely sweet. When I got the drinks the one that I ordered with no whip, had whip on it. So they took it and went to remake it and I flagged down a girl and said, 'hey the one that he's taking the whip off of is supposed to have extra caramel drizzle". I knew he wouldn't know to put extra caramel drizzle back on it. Once I told her that I watched her walk over and tell him and that's when he proceeded to take the top off of my drink with the whipped cream and add extra caramel drizzle, instead of to the one I asked them to add it to, which was the one with no whip. But at that point I was over it and ready to go. Plus the music was so freaking loud, it's hard to communicate and I was quickly getting overstimulated. Another thing is, when I got back to work and tasted my drink that I had asked to only be half to 3/4 sweet was way, way, too sweet. What a bummer. 🫤 I know they're trying though and mistakes happen. The point of this review is for the business to hopefully see it and help their employees learn to listen better instead of being in a rush. And maybe turn the music down a bit.
