    The service was very slow...Food was overcooked that it looked burnt...This was an absolute terrible experience...Not coming back

    Refused to use a free drink coupon, rude, parking lot is filthy. Total cesspool. I recommend drinking from the creek before coming here.

    This is a review of the Sonic on W Walnut in Rogers, AR. I placed a mobile order and waited at the restaurant for 20 minutes. When we finally received our order, a burger was missing and another was made incorrect. I called the store and was informed they were busy and it works be awhile to bring me the missing burger. I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait and they just said okay and hung up. I called the store 3 days later to ask about my refund and was informed by Alyssa that they can't refund because it's been too many days. I called the corporate number and explained what happened and asked for a refund. I was told a request was submitted. It had now been 2 weeks ago, so I called and talked to Rhanjolyn and she told me that she had escalated it back to the store manager for the refund. This is probably about $6 of food. It's not about the money, it's about the experience and frustration. Sonic has lost a customer.

    They have absolutely terrible reviews, but I work nights and this is the second time I’ve come through early in the morning. I’ve never had a complaint so far. The lady who works around 7–8 a.m. is the sweetest person. She has long blonde hair down to her waist and wears glasses, and she is always so kind and welcoming. I make sure to leave her a tip every time because she truly makes my day. I really hope she knows how appreciated she is.
