  I ordered a $5 box with chips and cheese through drive-thru, and this is the cheese dip I see in my box when I get home. The staff was super cool, and it's usually better than this, but this time was ridiculous.

  I am currently pregnant and the only thing I can keep down is Taco Bell bean burrito. I went at 3am to get one because I was dreaming about them. Got two. Waited on the second and both were ice cold!!! The one I waited on I ate on the way home (5 min drive) and it was cold. Got home second one. Cold. Do not recommend if you’re pregnant you will likely be disappointed and cry. All they said in a very hateful tone when I called (same lady from drive thru) who was hateful when I pulled in to order was that they could remake it. I understand that but she could’ve been nicer. Do not recommend!!!

  Ordered a cantina bowl with Jalapeños, extra chicken, and no rice. When I received my bowl, I kindly pointed out the portion issues compared to what was advertised at the kiosk. Also, it was mostly lettuce, no extra chicken, and no jalapenos that I paid extra for. The employees insisted that the bowl was made occurring to training, i.e. "two fingers of cheese and a "z" of sour cream". The manager then came to speak with me. They were less than understanding of the issue with the portions, misadvertising and the issuss with my bowl. While I was thankful they remade the bowl according to my order, the complacency of the workers made this a really awful experience. It wasn't until I made a big stink before they made my bowl correctly. If a chain is insisting on reducing customer facing convenience by requiring an order at a kiosk, picking up our own food, complacent and uninspring workers behind the line, etc. while charging exorbitant prices for fast food, they are providing no value whatsoever for a customer.

  The reviews definitely tell for itself. I wish I had gone to the reviews before getting our $39 lunch today for our hard-working employees… Of our company! Today I went through and I got about 12 to 13 items off the menu so I asked for about 20 mild sauces and some napkins, of course and was given absolutely no mild sauce after I went to Jiffy trip for drinks and came back to Taco Bell through the mobile drive-through asking for more mild sauce. I was laughed at she rolled her eyes at me and told me I was given mild sauce that she thought she had given me miles sauce. as I said no ma’am, can I please get that in a sack as she tried to hand me a handful of mild sauce in her hands out the window she then laughed again, putting it in a bag, shut the window and was talking trash about me to the worker inside hopefully the worker inside did say that she mistakenly forgot, however when she opened the window back and said here, I said ma’am, I’m no liar Honestly, I know that fast food has gone to crap when it comes to disrespectful nonprofessional employees, and they feel as if they don’t make enough to treat people with respect, but that right there is a no-brainer that somebody’s gonna not want their food without some sauce to it you know that’s the whole point of Taco Bell and then to treat somebody as if they’re lying and tell them basically that they’re lying. This was an elder lady. It’s the elders nowadays that are just Complete trash. Definitely can’t wait for Chick-fil-A to arrive and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere than Taco Bell
