    12-22-25 So when you order pizza from Papa John's Pizza in Siloam Springs Arkansas, you expect to get your order right? Well that's not what happened to us. We ordered online, paid, and came to pick it up as it was a pick up order. But we found out that our ENTIRE order was picked up by a door dasher and taken to someone else. IT WAS A PICK UP ORDER! So then not only do we not get any kind of apology or discount, but we have to wait another 40+ minutes to get our food! Absolutely ridiculous! 😡😡😡😡 #papajohnspizza

    I went to pick up a pizza order on 9/24. When I went in, the store didn't have the extra pepperoncini ready with the order, which was fine. An employee (presumably the manager as he was training other people on using the register) called to someone in the back about the items. The guy in the back grabbed the pepperoncini, and handed them to employee, who barehanded grabbed them and put them in the box. The employee then proceeded to pull out his cell phone and start using it before washing his hands. If he was doing that, I am almost certain he hadn't washed his hands before touching my food. When I wrote in to complain, I got a call from the local store telling me employees wash their hands every 15 minutes. That's great, if you're only touching food, but when you start doing stuff in between I lose a ton of confidence in your cleanliness and hygiene practices. Would not recommend this location.

    I needed a large order of Pizzas for an event. I called a few days ahead and spoke with the manager, Justin. He was very helpful and helped me get everything set up over the phone. The day I picked up all the pizzas were ready when I got there and had just been baked. I was very happy with the service Justin gave and our event went off without a hitch.
