The two-lane drive-through merges into a single exit, which became a major problem when one car at the window took roughly 15 minutes to complete their order. Every other car behind them had already received their drinks but was forced to sit and wait because no one could leave until that single car pulled away. The issue isn’t the customer—it’s the system. When orders take that long, there needs to be a way to pull that vehicle forward or allow completed orders to exit. Otherwise, it creates a complete bottleneck and wastes everyone’s time. I hope this is something Seven Brew addresses, because it seriously impacts the customer experience.
