  I overpaid for a single w/fries and a drink, $12. I went through the drive thru and then drove to my home in Levy. When I opened the bag, there were cold fries and a very heavy single burger that turned out to be a double patty, with cheese that looked like it had been made earlier that morning and it tasted worse!! I am calling in to speak to the manager on Friday about this horrible situation and to get my money refunded!! I have eaten at this same Wendy's about 4-5 times in as many years...ONLY one visit can I say was good, being the very first visit. I won't throw anymore money away to a place that does not care about their customers. Eat at your own risk!! 😡🤯🤷🤦

  It was 11 o'clock Friday and they didn't respond to the mic. Drove around to the windows had to blow the horn just for the young lady to tell us they were closed...Although clearly they didn't close for an hour.

  I knew they would forget my fries!! Why didn’t I check the bag before I left? Ugh. It was even the manager who packed the bag!

  Manager was extremely rude on multiple occasions during visit. Food was decent and service was actually a little faster than times before.

  I am at work and decide I want a late breakfast. I use the mobile app to save time. Order my food and drive over 4-5 minutes. Figuring the food should be ready when I get there, usually wait about that long when I order at the come or in the drive-thru. I open my app to tell them my mobile order and notice the message, you mustard check in before breakfast ends for is to start making your order. Now I get their motto hot and fresh. However if I order in the mobile app it is because I need to save time. Simple just don't use the app, it saves nothing, solved nothing. I deleted my account and the app. No need to keep something not saving me time. I will still eat there but won't bothering ordering ahead. No point.
