The first experience the food was extremely gross. I tried contacting the store and was put on hold for over half an hour before they hung up on me.

I have tried to tell the owner the manager Cliff is always being petty bothering me, messing up my orders on purpose serving my orders off immediately. Making me wait for a long time for no reason at all. She just keeps saying he is doing this to keep the time down. This is not true. I have waited 15 minutes plus on cups of ice and drinks. Last night he cleared my order off and made me wait on a sprite and a cup of ice. Everyone that was there before me and everyone who came after me received what they ordered and left and I was still waiting. I pushed the button to see why I had not gotten my order and Cliff proceeds to come out and try to give me my order that he had already made and was sitting there. I told him I did not want the order and he goes in to process the refund. He comes back out and says he processed the refund but I can’t have the receipt from the refund. I ask why and he proceeds to tell me that is their policy and he has been there for 5 years and it has always been that way. He is doing all of this while laughing because he thinks this is funny and he also thinks I’m not looking or paying attention. I turn to him and he stops laughing really quick. I advise that I would be reaching out to the owner and he turns around and gives a thumbs up like he can’t be replaced. I know if he is doing this to me. He is doing this to others.
