  I am a delivery driver. I consider delivery drivers customers because they are picking up food for a customer who ordered. I was disappointed in a visit I had to this restaurant right before Christmas 2025. I arrived at the restaurant at about 8pm and was told to go to the bar for pickup orders. The ladies working the front desk, very nice and easy going. I arrived at the bar and waited patiently for a bar tender to assist me. I noticed they were busy. I only saw 2 bartenders, a man and a woman. The woman bartender came over to assist customers sitting at the bar but not far from me. After about 5 minutes, she glanced in my direction and I said hi I'm here to pick up a door dash order. She asked for the name and I gave it to her. I stepped back and waited. I sent a message to the customer that the restaurant was busy and the order was still being worked on. Mind you, the female bartender never came back to follow up with me on how long it would be nor did she ever look back in my direction. Other staff came back to the bar for drinks and I noticed a guy cleaning tables in the bar area. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the guy cleaning tables asked if I was waiting for a pickup order. I said yes and he asked for the name and I gave it to him. I sent another message to my customer to let him know they were checking on his order. The guy cleaning tables came back and said it would take about 15-20 more minutes for the order. I said thank you for letting me know. I had a 2nd door dash order to pick up so I left and came back. I went directly over to the bar when I didn't see the last guy around. I saw the female bartender but she wouldn't make any eye contact with me. By now, my wait time total = 40 minutes. I tried to get the attention of the female bartender and again she never looked on my direction even though she helped customers not far from me. I saw 2 other employees walk up and waiting on drinks from the bar at the far end of the bar. I walked over after another 10 minutes and said excuse me, I have been waiting for over 40 minutes for an order. And even in front of these employees, I tried getting the attention of the female bartender and she acted as if I didn't exist. There were customers sitting right there at the bar looking at me look at her. I never raised my voice and I didn't have an attitude. I was trying to understand why the female bartender would not help me. She knew I had been waiting for awhile. Anotyer employee walks up and said hey are you waiting for an order. I said yes and gave her the name. She ended up hearing me say how long I had been waiting and apologized. I said it's not your fault. It's her fault and I pointed at the female bartender. I said y'all have a good night. Is it too much to ask for a bartender to acknowledge delivery drivers and provide an update about an order? I felt like the female bartender went completely out of her way to not help me. And I'm not sure why because I am a customer too. The male bartender never worked at the end of the bar I waited so I didn't have any interactions with him. I waited and thought about this for over a week and then decided to write this review. DO better! Treat everyone as if they were a customer.

  Salt Grass in NLR is one of the most consistent locations of this franchise. Always great food and the people that wait on us are always top notch. It's a great spot to be a regular. Jasper, Kat, and company make it a great place to patronize

  We had a party today and Tina was our server. She was so rude to us and to her co-worker. We overheard her saying that she was going to leave the mess for someone else to clean up. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant. The food was wonderful but based on this experience we will not be back.

  This is a chicken sandwich from here it will become soggy and fall apart and the manager will say the bread ain't wet please look at the pictures very carefully there was not very much chicken on the sandwich either save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse. The staff is extremely rude! This was pure soggy and nasty wet bread 🥪🍞
