    I ordered 2 mini chocolate Blizzards with sprinkles, a small choco dipped strawberry Blizzard, and a Heath brownie cup. One of the mini Blizzards was missing sprinkles and neither were blended through. The Blizzard that was supposed to be small was the same size as the minis. All of them were already melted by the time I picked them up from the counter. Usually this wouldn't really be a big deal. However, it took me over 30 minutes to receive my order. It didn't seem to be a busy night, and they had 4 or 5 people working there. I ended up giving 2 stars overall because my family and I still ate it. Not coming back if I can avoid it.

    The reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the time it took to get my order! I was the only one at drive thru. Seems the worker may have been working alone. When I finally got my food I can honestly say it was good and fresh!

    The food was fresh and delicious, but the real reason our experience was so great was the customer service. Especially the manger, Bradley, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. He was the perfect mix of friendly and professional and we will come back specifically because of him. He deserves a raise.
