All of the bartenders know me by name and greet me upon arrival by name and pour my beer, most of the time, before I finish sitting down. I love this place.

When we sat down we ordered our drinks and she only came out with one and didn’t even give us a straw. We got our food way before we got our drinks still with no straw. The floors were horrendously dirty and it smelled bad. This place is just not it man!

However, when we walked in, we stood at the hostess stand for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The hostess came from the kitchen area looking rather annoyed, asked us how many and proceeded to take us to a table with benches for seating. We have 3 young kids so the table was not ideal. The hostess just set the menus down a walked away. We had to get her attention to see if it would be alright if we could sit at a table with chairs or a both. She looks even more annoyed at this point so we just grabbed our menues and proceeded to sit at one of the many open tables at the time. Once our interaction with the hostess was over, earthing else was fine. A good first impression really sets the tone for customers when they walk into an establishment that is customer service oriented. Unfortunately our first impression was rather subpar.
