I had a very disappointing experience with Buffalo Wild Wings due to the manager, Josh Moore. This issue was with an online order, and when I reached out for help with what should have been a simple fix, he refused to assist me. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he was rude, dismissive, and very unpleasant to deal with.
As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and at least an effort to help, especially from someone in a management position. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct a simple issue left a very negative impression. I hope this location takes customer service more seriously moving forward.

The manager Josh Moore on duty tonight was very unprofessional and unwilling to resolve a simple issue. Poor customer service turned what could have been a minor mistake into a negative experience. I will not be back because of this, please teach and train your associates on professionalism and leadership.

It was a pick up order. And it took a while to get the food, around an hour which is fine but then when I got the food the bottom bun was 100% mush and the fries were hard and cold. The tots where ok and the wings where hard and cold too. Then they made my drink which I’m a diabetic with regular Pepsi. I usually have a fine time with this location but this time was horrible. I asked to speak with manager twice and both times they hung up the phone after asking me to wait. So not happy.

This was the the most horific experience I have ever encountered. I was visiting Little Rock for a convention. It was 2 adults and 2 children. The event started at 6 am and ended at 5 pm. We ordered from doordash at 5:44 and got our food at 8:30, and it wasn't the Dasher fault. When we finally got our order it was not correct. Bun less and crunchy burger with cheese asked for no cheese,cold fries and other burger didn't have any condiments. We knew something was going to be wrong with our food and it was. Will not be using Doordash or Buffalo Wild Wings again.
