  Enjoyed our time but the food was not great tonight. Don’t know if it’s because of the business or change in food quality. Food came before appetizer and the appetizer was flash fried and still cold in the center. Will come back to try again

  Was solo traveling and stopped in here for my Thanksgiving dinner. Haha. It was alright. Same as any other BFF anywhere else, I guess. Nothing stood out. Decent service, decent atmosphere. Plenty of tvs to watch the NFL games.

  Last night, I had possibly the most disappointing experience at a buffalo wild wings I have ever had. First off, our server was not even talking to us. I understand that everyone has a life outside of work, but if you cannot perform your job properly then it’s probably time to go home. After we finished eating, we were ready for our check and some boxes. Our server silently brought our check, didn’t tell us anything at all, and disappeared again. The cherry on top was, that every server here seems to have some kind of attitude. We were trying to leave so we asked one of the servers right by the POS, right next to us, if she could grab us a box. We were then stared down by her and since she couldn’t do it another server kindly grabbed them for us. We sat there trying to figure out if we were meant to pay at the register or with our server, eventually we just got up and went to the line at the register. After a couple of minutes, the same server who glared at us for speaking, told me I needed to go sit down because I was meant to pay with my server. Obviously, I have no idea what the protocol is since I don’t frequent BWW, but since I also work at a restaurant for a living, I would assume that you are meant to speak to your guests, or offer them anything at all. And perhaps communicate to them what they’re supposed to do regarding the check. If this BWW’s servers wants to scare off their guests and not make money each night, continue exactly what you’re doing! Otherwise, it seems to be time to get some new servers.

  Every time I come here I always have some sort of problem. This issue seriously needs to be fixed. The food isn’t right, terrible service, long wait. I could name more. It’s ridiculous. Please hire better people.

  We sat in the restaurant for 35-40 min waiting for our food and it never got put in. The waitress said she had 12 tables and just forgot. Hailey the GM at this location sincerely apologized after letting her know what the issue was. She also comped the food and it was delicious. We will be back and hopefully the experience will be better!! Hailey really saved the day!!
