- JAJM Ashcraft3 days ago3.0I went through drive thru today and ordered a chicken quesadilla and taco meal. I opened the box for the quesadilla and it looked horrible. It was so greasy that the tortilla was soggy. The cheese was so runny it was outside the tortilla. I went in and asked to speak to the manager. I was told at first that was the way the quesadilla’s were. When I told them no they weren’t, they said they would make me another but it would be the same. I told them I wouldn’t eat that! But they didn’t offer to refund the cost of the quesadilla. Shame on them. For the cost of that at Taco Bell from now on when I want a quesadilla, I’ll go to one of the Mexican restaurants in town and get one cooked right.
