The girl answering the speaker kept laughing, obviously playing around. We kept repeating the order. When we FINALLY GOT OUR ORDER, (IT WAS ON ITS WAY FOR 15 MINUTES) it was brought cold and made wrong. The young girl was in a hurry to get back in. Didn't tip her because her service was AWFUL. I called the restaurant to get my burger made correctly the Kid answering was NOT PAYING ATTENTION EITHER. He was no help Took it back to the drive up window and explained it to that young lady. Horrible customer service and to many kids playing around. WE WERE THE THIRD VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT. THEY WEREN'T BUSY.
