  I’d recommend just going in to order your food since the workers can’t READ to save their lives. And this isn’t the first time at this restaurant. It’s been multiple times. I’d understand if this was during a HUGE rush but when there’s nobody in the store when my wife picked up the order, I’m assuming it’s just straight laziness. And the fact that the owners never have more than 1 person there at a time (ALWAYS understaffed). First off. Me and my wife ordered some sandwiches on the app. Both toasted, both double meat. Neither of the sandwiches came with either of those. Second my wife got extra cheese on hers, I had ranch put on mine, and we ordered our son a kids sandwich with a juice box and applesauce (arguably his favorite thing there), the “sandwich artist” didn’t put ANY of those options on the sandwich and no applesauce for my son. But I was sure charged for them. So after $30 spent and received hardly what I paid for (multiple times) I finally decided to write a review.

  Placed an order here for 2 sandwiches in the app for pickup at this store. I work a very early morning split shift and Subway is one of the only places to get non breakfast food at the time I ordered. Went in to get the sandwiches and the employee was low key rude an acted like my business was an inconvenience to them. Leave the shop and open the sandwiches and they were made exactly the same , even though they were placed with very different toppings. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the sandwich. Will think twice before ordering from this shop again.
