When we arrived around 8:30 p.m, all of the chairs were already up. I asked if dine-in was still open, and while the staff member said yes, no effort was made to take down chairs for us. We ended up sitting at a small kids booth. I completely understand wanting to get a head start on closing, but beginning those tasks so early makes customers feel unwelcome, especially since Tropical Smoothie doesn't close until 10 p.m on weekdays.
