Put hands on 2 people and continued to run out after them after they left. They brought order out and I feel bad for those people. The situation was all because of the manager being unprofessional. I have never seen something get that out of control based on the employees of the restaurant acting out of control.

I called to tell the store what happened and the only choice they gave me to fix the problem was to bring the pizzas back and they would make them right. They wouldn't just let us keep the pizza and give us the amount we were over charged. I'm usually very happy with the service I receive at the Searcy Papa John's but not this time. They made the mistake and should have corrected it by giving us the difference in the price of a medium and large pizza and a refund for the extra charge for the garlic parmesan crust.

He told me he doesn't want to serve me anymore so I left without a resolution. They act like there are no other options in Searcy. Will be filing a corporate complaint.
