This place is pretty much always busy, I feel bad for the workers honestly, they are always understaffed. But also... Some of the employees are not friendly at all and will do or say pretty much anything to get you out of the drive thru, even when they mess up your order. I used to come here to buy cookies sometimes, and I usually only got maybe 5-10 cookies, but they usually end up overcharging me "on accident" and then give me like 7 extra cookies to compensate for the mess-up. If i wanted 20 cookies, I would've bought that many, but I always end up getting overcharged to the point that I stopped going to this McDonald's because it seems to happen every time where I end up with less money in my bank account than I planned and more cookies than I know what to do with.
Also, my roommate used to work here and said it is an awful work environment. They made him stay 2 extra hours on his very first day on the job, and didn't give him a single break during his entire 9 hour (or should I say 11 hour) shift. He quit pretty much immediately because it was such an overwhelming, toxic environment.

I went through the drive thru today. I ordered a caramel sunday and they started to hand me an ice coffee drink and I told them I did not order that. The lady with dreadlocks told me "yes you ordered a caramel frappe. I said I have never in my life ordered on of those so I don't know why I would start today. She ask me if I want a sunday I said yes and I want my change back because I paid for a large frappe. She said you did not order a frappe and by this time I was about to have a stroke I was so mad. So they basically stole form me. What has happened to customer service DO BETTER McDonald's. McDonalds on Beebe Capps is horrible

I placed a mobile order for my wife and daughter. They said they didn't have it despite my confirmation on the app and my email. We left with no food and a payment to McDonald's. I called to ask the manager why she didn't take care of her guests. It took 4 phone calls. I called the customer care line, to request a refund and a call back from the management. Wish me luck.

A lady with blue colored hair told me that the store was about to close, so they weren’t going to be able to make the McChickens I had attempted to order. I look online and see that they do not close until 1 a.m. Are these the kind of workers you hire now? They will never see my face there again.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s we’ve experienced. This was our second visit and it was by mistake. Entry was dirty and greasy. The young man on the register was completely incompetent! The food was below average by McDonald’s standards. My hot mocha was not hot, was not sweet and had no mocha flavoring. The chicken biscuit was inedible. We will never return.
