    There’s really no excuse for failure to get a mobile order right. Got stuck with dollar menu rejects when I paid for actual food. And the wait was 20+ minutes! Avoid!

    this is how we got our burgers - disgusting Also cold as ice, fries were barely cooked. Just gross go to the other McDonald’s in town, maybe you’ll have better luck

    This mcdonald's is just a mess, literally and metaphorically. First of all they were out of ketchup. How does McDonalds run out of ketchup?! That should be ordered in a way where you never run out. They should have had a sign on the door and the drive through. My kids don't like fries without ketchup. Our order took forever to come out. The bathrooms were a mess and needed basic maintenance. My favorite soda tasted awful and when I asked about it I was told it's been "messed up for a while".
