    The carhop was very rude. We had 4 drinks and she brought them out but we asked if we could get a drink carrier. She proceeded to make an annoyed face and aggressively handed us the drinks. She came back out with 2 folded up drink carriers and walked away without a word. She didn’t even bother to open them. There was only one other car here so it wasn’t even like she was in a rush. Even if she was though, we would have been patient if she had not been rude.

    The Smashburger meal is the best deal in town for fast food! Very tasty double burger - sloppy GOOD- made to order with all the fixin's with fries and drink for $6!! Even ate all my fries. I love Sonic!

    I’m not a malicious person that likes to go bad mouth restaurants. But this visit was particularly frustrating. I pulled up pressed button to order . Someone came on and said “ give me one moment “ so I waited 10 . The screen at kiosk even timed out . So I pressed button again . No reply . Waited 15 mins still nobody . I tried to flag down one of the food runners , they ignored me . So I left because I had to get to work . 25mins and you can’t take my order? I counted 4 different food runners and at time only 6-7 cars were there . I did food service when I was younger . So I know how it goes but this was unbelievably bad service . I could have made food at home but I left early because I like burgers from sonic and was craving one . So it’s frustrating go to work 12 hour night shift with no dinner because I couldn’t be given time of day .

    It is ugly outside of building. Food quality poor. Rotten lettuce, ice melts super fast.

    Absolutely horrible. Ordered on mobile app. Would not let us check-in. Moved to a stall by mobile pickup, black screen, did not work. Moved to stall 28. Waited 15 min, no answer. Moved to stall 29. Someone comes on, it will be 10 minute, gone. Try again. I tell them my mobile order name, brings it right out. COLD. I ask for warm food. She tells me they cannot because we ordered on app. I tell her I have been trying to get checked in for 30 minutes now and no one is answering speaker, nothing I can do to change that. She still resist. She goes in, comes back, we cannot remake. I asked for manager. She says, that's who told me no. I said the whole experience has been horrible. She responded, do you still want the food. I responded, I would like warm food. She left for what I though was a mgr. Comes back hands me the food and mumbles, this is the hottest you're going to get it today. I asked, excuse me. She said, I said this is straight out of the oven, this is as hot as you're going to get this. The food was barely warm. Coke zero was either watered down, not enough syrup mixture. All around horrible experience with rude carhop and a mgr that refused to speak with us.
