  I’m giving up on this location! Yesterday I had a simple order. 4 cups of ice in a carrier and a strawberry milkshake. To begin with she tried to bring them without a carrier so I politely reminded her it was supposed to have them. She seemed annoyed and took so long to go put them in a carrier that I wondered if I should even accept them and trust they weren’t “messed with”. In the end, all four cups of ice were not full and the “strawberry” milkshake was absolutely vanilla with a single pale streak of strawberry flavor. Could barely taste any strawberry at all, my son did not want it. And are they ever going to fix their parking lot or do they just keep expecting us to drive over that broken mess? I mean, why keep giving them my money when they obviously don’t want it?

  We havent had a sonic blast in anout 3 years. So we decided to go get some (6). We paid extra for whip cream to get a quarter size amount! We did not get any drink carrier either. They were such in a hurry as well... we won't be going back anytime soon 😔

  One of the sonics in russellville doesn't offer trash cans for your trash after your meal !!!! So dumb

  Place an order for 2 drinks and some mozeralla sticks on the app, sat in the drive through for 25 to 30 minutes. When we went to talk to the person with the red button , she said that she just swiped our order off the screen when it had actually been swiped off for the past fifteen minutes. What is even going on. Are they trying to lie about their wait times on their side? Odd. Food was cold. Drinks were melted

  My son was served raw chicken. Could have gotten seriously sick or worse. Never had a big issue with them but last night was the last time I will ever go there.
