    My son wanted Taco Bell chicken and I got some food also. Placed an app order. Got there they were out of the chicken my son was wanting. Asked what we want to substitute for it. My son did not want anything else from there. So I asked for a refund. They refused!! It was either substitute or pay and get nothing in place. They told me if I wanted a refund to contact Taco Bell. My son got a substitute for the chicken. My food was cold. Not warm. Cold. No chips that come with my guacamole. That was directly from the manager on duty a 7-7:30 PM 01/06/2026 Taco Bell on Elmira in Russellville, AR. Oh they gave us 4 free taco coupons. Yay me. This is on the manager and Taco Bell not the other workers there. I do not recommend this Taco Bell!!

    The staff at this location is very kind, despite always being busy, and my order is always accurate. My only complaint about this location is that the chips and cinnamon twists taste like burnt oil more often than not.

    Its a good place. It was fast. They really dont interact with guest,just ask if u had a drink and call your number. Could have better custmer service

    Love going to tacobell but the last time I went there a few days ago I ordered the flatbread cheesey chicken melt and parts of my chicken was COLD I didn't want to complain as you all were busy but im here to tell you GET YOUR STEAMERS SERVICED or REPLACED ok love you bye!
