    I had a burnt taco that also had a hair in it. The employee was rude and quick to cutting me off before I could even get my short order out when all I had was one meal And a taco she was obviously not wanting to be there forgot my drink and when I finally got it it had barely any ice. Worst customer experience and food would not recommend. I am sick to my stomach.

    I always get the same thing, the taco and burrito cravings pack, it use to be $13.00 now it's $23.00 it's crazy, I realize that it's not entirely Taco bells fault but dang.

    Was late so went through drive through. You can BARELY see the words on the menu. I got the seven layer burrito. Said no tomato. Didn't see ANYTHING about there being gauc that had tomatoes because you can't see the words on the menu the letters so ant sized! Was like 2 minutes from the restaurant when I saw there was tomato. The manager was so rude! Said I'd need to pay to replace for their mess up! After some back and forth and Informing her that it was an allergy risk and that I was allergic and that someone should've informed and made sure it was in fact known about the gauc having tomato, I managed to get my replacement. She was so rude! I hate pulling the Karen moves but I was getting to a point with the argument about how they still should've informed about the guac that I was getting ready to yell. That manager needs to be replaced!
