If you see the tomatoes you don't get pickles & onions with it, if jou see the lettuce there's no olives & banana peppers with it... some may have a small mixed ingredients but it's not major like other Subways... I would go there every time I want a Subway meal!

Not even mad about that as much as the sheer audacity of harassing your employees over it, as well as making business killing decisions like that. Your customers deserve more than you penny pinching, as if subway isn’t played out always. I’ll just go somewhere that does what I ask for without pinching pennys! No biggie to me. Maybe if you’d get a fixed toaster, customers wouldn’t want so much stuff to hide the over toasted sandwiches. The entire staff and service experience was absolutely astounding!
