I walked in and was completely ignored by the staff for several minutes while they chatted behind the counter. When someone finally acknowledged me, they acted like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering a sandwich. The employee was visibly annoyed, rushed through making the sandwich, and barely listened to what I was asking for. Half the toppings were missing, the bread was torn, and everything was sloppily thrown together. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like napkins and a bag, and was met with eye rolls. To top it all off, the store wasn't clean—trash overflowing, tables dirty, and the soda machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. Subway used to be a reliable place to grab a quick bite, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service matters, and this location clearly doesn’t care.
