My girlfriend went to get drinks for our family at 7:20am she ordered and checked in and 20 minutes pass and 8-10 people come and go so she pushed the button to let them know she has been waiting for 20 minutes she was not rude she just wanted to make sure they knew she was there and the woman said that she wouldn’t have been there waiting if she had checked in so they checked her in AGAIN then they brought out the wrong drinks despite the receipt showing the correct ones, she said this is wrong and they argued that this is what she ordered then grabbed it out of her hands rudely and walked away the manager comes back to the car 20+ minutes later with the wrong drinks again, pushes them at my girlfriends hands and says here then immediately walks away mumbling smart remarks my girlfriend comes home to me after being there for almost an hour crying because of how she was treated and talked to and we didn’t get what we ordered either so I get to work and call the manager at 9am and she wouldn’t tell me her name and despite me being respectful and simply asking where I put in a complaint she refuses to answer anything puts me down and blames my girlfriend for their attitude and for having to wait saying she didn’t check in and that she got what she ordered the first time and she insulted her character then hung up on me after spouting off some more bs this manager is completely un professional and I would not want her representing me or my business nor would I trust her with my finances or valued customers her go to sonic multiple times per week I personally will never return to this establishment as long as she is employed there and I hope that someone from this franchise takes notice of this review holds this employee accountable I called and asked to speak to the manager another employee gave me to this girl and she wouldn’t name herself but she works at the sonic in Russellville Arkansas on 4th street and she is going to run it into the ground treating customers like this

This sonic was on point. Our experience was the best ever. Our order was taken with 1min of arrival Our food was served within 8min the food was delivered hot and fresh the correct way we have zero complaints Our car hop was very polite and amazing we visited during happy hour on top of that. My Daughter Grandson and I were all very pleased I should have tipped more

I would not recommend eating here they do not cook their food correctly they do not know how to make wraps or burritos food is disgusting took it home and had to freaking redo it and cook it correctly.

This lady was being spoken to and while she was on the phone she completely ignored me. I had to sit there and wait for an order for 10 min. While there was a guy working his bottom off to get me my order this lady couldn’t even stay off her phone long enough to help get the order out. This is unacceptable to have someone like this in company uniform and behaving like this and not doing her dang job. This is the problem now days. I don’t receive service like this at other SONICS so management needs to aware and do something about it.
