Absolutely horrible. Ordered on mobile app. Would not let us check-in. Moved to a stall by mobile pickup, black screen, did not work. Moved to stall 28. Waited 15 min, no answer. Moved to stall 29. Someone comes on, it will be 10 minute, gone. Try again. I tell them my mobile order name, brings it right out. COLD. I ask for warm food. She tells me they cannot because we ordered on app. I tell her I have been trying to get checked in for 30 minutes now and no one is answering speaker, nothing I can do to change that. She still resist. She goes in, comes back, we cannot remake. I asked for manager. She says, that's who told me no. I said the whole experience has been horrible. She responded, do you still want the food. I responded, I would like warm food. She left for what I though was a mgr. Comes back hands me the food and mumbles, this is the hottest you're going to get it today. I asked, excuse me. She said, I said this is straight out of the oven, this is as hot as you're going to get this. The food was barely warm. Coke zero was either watered down, not enough syrup mixture. All around horrible experience with rude carhop and a mgr that refused to speak with us.
