My burger was cold and just had a chunk of lettuce next to it and none actually on the burger. My wife's chicken strips were cold. Both blizzards were somehow served liquid and unflipped. Floor didn't look like it's seen a mop in days. Don't waste your money here.

Then when I gave up and just went inside to pick out a cake the next day. I asked if they could write on it and was told no. I asked if they could give me the icing bag and watch me write on it or buy icing from them and I was told no. How do you make custom orders but then can't even write on one when someone comes inside. Not to mention when I was trying to understand why they couldn't do any of the options I was offering; I was met with one girl just walking away and another sighing and saying ok.
