The manager sitting next to us on her phone and computer on the other hand could learn a lot about customer service from her employees! My so accidentally spilled his soda and she just turned her head like nothing happened while we waited on a busy server to flag down. We ended up getting paper towels out of the bathroom. Really disappointing!

We went out there and waited and 10 minutes and at this point we knew what we wanted to eat. A lady came out of the door and ask if we have been helped, we told her no. She went back inside and we waited about 3 or 4 more minutes and still nobody came out to take our order. I will not go back to this location.

I waited for approximately 10 minutes and somebody came out to me and asked if I had had service yet. I replied no then I waited another five minutes and still nobody came outside to even get a drink order for me and my wife. I have personally been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and have never had service like that at all, at least come and greet me and get a drink order, especially when I walked out of the doors and she was out there at the table that was out there already made eye contact and everything would not recommend this restaurant to anybody

Haven't been to BWW in a while so gave it a try. (PS. It will be our last) As I got to the pick up area, a young guy and lady was there, I *SPECIFICALLY* asked if the kids pepsi was in there. He said YES and POINTED at 1 of the 2 bags. I went to check in the car...BOY, there was NOT a kid's Pepsi in there. Annoyed, I checked the rest of the order. They also DIDN'T have my Asian Zing tenders, just PLAIN tenders. So I went back, same guy, told him to fix my order. Food was cold once I got home, and I live like 5 mins away. Everyone was unhappy and the portions were miniscule. I usually don't post reviews, especially bad ones, but to have someone LIE to my face is a no-go.
