  Let me say that Arby's is one of our preferred stops usually. We were disappointed in the food we received on this visit. The girl at the counter was really sweet and welcoming. The rest of the visit? Eh! We got our food to go so we did not get a chance to have it corrected at the store. The sandwiches were ready and in the bags to go before the girl from counter went back and took stuff from the freezer and dropped it in the deep fryer. It wasn't really busy and there wasn't a lot of team work on our order. There was small issues associated with that part of our food. I had two market fresh sandwiches. They were anything but fresh. The bread was almost old. Tough like it was either old or had been sitting out all day after being frozen. Just really not fresh. They had a really good portion of turkey on each one, but centered in the bread so that on the first sandwich it came apart as I tried to eat it. All the meat and stuff in the center, all bread all around, which I did not eat. We have expectations from Arby's, and this was nowhere close to that. The girl at the register we really sweet and she did a good job. That was the highlight.

  The Sandwiches are really good. This is always a good value. Also my mom’s favorite place to eat.

  Food tasted off was not normal tasting. But the employees were very friendly
