We waited nearly 15 minutes for the girl to come get our order because she was working both lanes and forgot about our lane. Then she obviously knew the people that was next to us in the other lane. She then preceded talk to the driver and walked around to the passenger side get in the back seat to play with the child in the back seat. Then after our order was taken our lane didn’t move for nearly 15 minutes while the opposite lane was flowing normally. When I finally got to pick up my drink and pay, my drink was watery because it sat there all that time waiting for me to get to the register person and pay. The whole incident took roughly 35 minutes. Even when they are busy I’ve never had to wait this long. From the time I pull in and pulled out it took about 40 minutes. I hope this gets better and they are couched on taking care of 7 Brew customers better then they did tonight!! Nov. 22, 2025

There are four servers/ Baristas that come to my mind when I think of “excellent employee”; Issac, Jenna, Kyleigh, and their boss, Tye. These four bring such a positive vibe and friendly atmosphere!! Sometimes I get a coffee just have my day brightened by them! THANK YOU SEVEN BREW!
