  Needs new management. Worried more about “metrics” then customer service. Empty parking lot, ordered 3 mini ice creams and took over 10 minutes. The order tracking was complete and said order delivered, pushed the button again for service and took 5 more minutes to get the 3 mini ice creams. Very obvious they completed the order before it was done so the system was not showing how long it really took. Then when asked why it took so long was told bc the ice cream is hard to mix.

  So went their March 15 2026 around 8:40pm got 2 sonic burgers deal got home the French fries looked liked they were either freezer burnt or way over cooked they were so hard we couldn’t eat them and the burgers wasn’t so good either I’ll never go back to that one!!!

  Absolute worst food I ever attempted to eat. The hamburger pattie had to have been cooked days ago and the fries were so tough they were inedible. Other locations are not like this. Someone sincerely needs to do something here. I will never ever return to this location.

  they got my order wrong 2 times and gave me an undercooked burger and made me sick and got my order wrong again i would not recommend eating here unless you want to get sick
